2020 Winter Quarter: Engineering and Bioscience

Alt text

Two courses will be offered in Winter 2020: Engineering and Bioscience.

During the Engineering course, engineers will translate their knowledge of how small-scale structures turn material behavior into vital real-world applications. Students will explore structure, processing, and property relationships, from manufacturing, analysis, and applications to cutting-edge fields.

The Bioscience course will consist of a combination of mini lectures and discussions. By the end of the course, students will be able to discuss a range of topics in biology, medicine, history, and technology. The instruction will provide an overview of many specialized topics in bioscience research and treatments including therapy and intervention.
